Phenomenal read!
This was the first book that I have ever read on real estate investing, and oh my what an introduction it was. It was part motivational and part instructional, which I think it's one of the best combinations for any book out there. After you finish reading you will definitely want to start investing in real estate. I bought my first 4plex and this book absolutely helped me achieve that!

Excellent Book for Anyone Seeking Success
This book was an excellent read! Michael synthesizes his military experience and business knowledge to offer an inspiring book focused on real estate investment. He also combines the wisdom gleaned from growing up with his father and his experience as a Special Forces Soldier to provide a practical foundation of knowledge for succeeding in any endeavor.
